Had an incredible time here! Beautiful private sauna experience that's sure to leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated. Would highly recommend booking a session if you're in the area. We went at low tide which made for a longer trip to the water, but it definitely emphasized the hot/cold experience. Thanks Brad - see you next time!

What a wonderful experience!! Brad was SUCH a gem - gave really clear instructions for me to feel comfortable with sauna/fire up keep during the session. Just good vibes all around :) I definitely recommend going for a cold ocean dip (or a few) throughout.. SO calming and refreshing. Would 10/10 do again and recommend to everyone to try out!!!! (I actually had such a great time I had to book in two days in a row!!!)

Oh my goodness. This is my new and most favourite thing to do in Tofino. I am an avid sauna user but this would be ideal for anyone who loves warmth and heat! Essential oils were provided for aromatherapy which I loved. It was pouring rain super hard outside which added to the relaxation. Plus it was so lovely to cool down in the rain! 10/10 would recommend and I cannot wait to come back!

A fantastic place to have some mindful relaxation on your own or with a group, the sauna was clean and hot when I arrived and the staff were great. This fit perfectly into my week disconnecting from work and I highly recommend multiple ocean plunges! Will definitely be back.

A must do when visiting Tofino!Epic service. Wonderful resort. Wood fired sauna gives a real authentic touch. Fun that you get to add wood to the fire yourself! Remember to bring towels since they aren’t provided - we brought robes which were clutch for walking down to the ocean.

We had an amazing experience at Tuff City Saunas. I was able to book the ‘Sunset Special’ @ Mackenzie Resort and it was a perfect way to wind down the day. The sauna was clean and well maintained with a very nice aroma of cedar and essential oils. Best of all we were able to bring our pup to hang out on the deck while we relaxed! Booked our sauna at the Pacific Sands resort and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding! Mike was very personable and explained the process of how to operate the sauna very well. My whole family loved the experience! In particular, the sauna plus the accessibility to plunge into the ocean was euphoric! 10/10 would recommend and I want go back asap!

The attention to detail was evident, and it made the experience even more enjoyable.We appreciated the convenience of having potable water available inside the sauna, allowing us to stay hydrated throughout our time there.The changing space provided by Tuff City Saunas was ideal. It gave us a comfortable area to dry off and prepare for departure, ensuring that we left feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the evening.Before our amazing sunset session at the sauna we indulged in flights of cocktails at the distillery, flights of beer at the brewery and a delicious BBQ meal next door at Little Ronnie's.Overall, our experience at was nothing short of exceptional. It provided us with the perfect ending to our time in Tofino, and we left with cherished memories and smiles on our faces. The sauna at Mackenzie Beach Resort was amazing. We followed the instructions Jordan gave and we had a great session going between the sauna, cold shower, and fresh air. Will book again next time we are in the Tofino area!
