Such a dreamy spot! A beautiful view of the lake whilst you're steaming in the sauna ~ and we saw a beaver swimming while the sun set (!!!)

Loved this place, went with a group of friends and the experience was incredible, the hot sauna plus the cold plunge is next level.I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a beautiful memory with friends .Would definitely come back!

This sauna is a fabulous initiative. I tried it this morning for the first time and it was a great way to start the New Year. As the sauna industry has gone mainly the way of big (and costly) spas with all the bells and whistles, Solstice sauna offers the original Scandinavian experience of a small village sauna by the lake, where you enjoy the hot steam, then cool off in the lake, warm up again, etc. It's really simple, but well organized, clean and the service is excellent. It will be even more fun when there is snow on the ground. Thank you so much Ismail and Frederic!

Great sauna and nice people. Lakeview enabled us to watch others going in the water, until we tried it ourselves. Exhilarating!

Awesome experience! Gorgeous view onto the lake from the sauna. The sauna is large and well maintained. Rented it privately for a business event and the whole group had a fantastic time!

Amazing experience! feels therapeutic must try if you live nearby cold plunge in the river and sweat off in the Sauna staff is super friendly place is extremely well taken care and outstandingly clean the view speaks for itself

Great experience at the sauna! We booked a public session but it was just the two of us.The host is super nice and friendly!You won't want to get in the freezing water but it's 100% worth it!Highly recommend!

Wonderful! The setup is simple, the sauna beautiful, and the dip in the lake amazing. The social side is nice too - chatting in the sauna with a few people I had never met, and spending time with a good friend felt lovely.

One of my best Quebec experiences, so far, in my 4 years of sojourn. The girl in charge is super super niceand friendly. Many thanks to her for keeping the essence, the idea of the place intact. The concept of social sauna where one can interact smoothly and intimately with strangers while facing our vulnerabilities in extreme cold and in extreme heat is ingenious. After all, when you take a dip in the frozen lake, you got to break the ice" ;)"
